CCC-Customized Corporate Competence Development

Overview

These offerings are for Private, Public & NGO organizations. These are based on the Organization HR & Business Strategy. To create a customized learning solution and relevant case studies; this involves the Learning Need Analysis in discussion with Leaders. The same could be focused on strategic or operational intelligence requirements for the Employees. Eg Visioning Vs Execution excellence. Human Technology and Passion are key for any growing organization. Seeding the same values in each member and be aligned with organization business Goals is critical for successful Results, employee engagement and recruiting fresh talent. We partner and collaborate with the Academies and Talent Management department of the organization for structuring and need collation for these learning interventions.

Solutioning Approach

Solutioning starts with Learning Need identification. Analysis is done for designing the Learning program in the desired competency development. The delivery of the workshop is followed by feedback and providing the necessary guide/tips. Some sessions do require a prior survey or pre & post assessments for measuring the effectiveness and impact.

Modes of Delivery

A multi mode delivery approach is used. This includes: In-house workshops, offsite workshops, webinar, panel discussions, theater workshop, assessments and coaching.

  • In today’s VUCA business environment (volatile, uncertainty, complex and ambiguous) the expectation placed on leaders to meet one's deliverables, in a virtual mode, is constantly increasing. To combat, one needs to work in a collaborative mode across teams and geographies.
